Public Bank Lao Limited (PBLL) wishes to inform all customers holding ATM cards that the bank will be replacing the current Bank Identification Number (BIN) with a new BIN in order to comply with the regulatory standards established by Bank of Laos (BOL). Customers holding ATM cards with the current BIN number 5022 33 are required to exchange them with cards bearing the new BIN number 9418 33 at any PBLL branch.
